Dappy has been charged with affray after an alleged fight at a shell garage in Surrey in February.
It is alleged that Dappy and his mate rocked up at the local Shell garage and were checking out a couple of girls, they asked the girls if they fancied joining them, but the young ladies declined, the only reasonable retort was obviously to spit at her, of which started a massive rook between Dappy and his mate, the group of three gentlemen the ladies were currently being escorted by and the contents of two other vehicles that reportedly turned up to join in, not sure which side they were on, but what a great txt to receive “cum qik, fytin W Dappy @ Shell, brng boyz”.
Dappy released a statement on twitter in reference to the alleged event.
“Apparently i got arrested 4 talking 2 someones girlfriend in a P station,”, “Surrey police, i beg u leak that cctv footage u showed me in that stinking interview room just 2 show the world that im completely innocent.”, “Bunch of liars…Nooooo evidence u scums…F..k Feds..Love u fans x.“.
The ‘star’ will appear in Guildford Magistrates Court on 24 May, 2012.
